<p>The present invention relates to a commercial vehicle rear protector manufacturing technique and, more particularly, to an examination method for a semi-automatic welding body for a rear protector for a commercial vehicle including a quadrangular pipe-shaped section steel member, a channel member that is automatically welded with the section steel member, surrounds the side surface of the section steel member, and has a U-shaped cross section, and two bracket members that are manually welded with the channel member. The method of the present invention includes a step of fixing the semi-automatic welding body for a rear protector for a commercial vehicle to a base plate; and a bracket gap measurement step of measuring the gap between the rear protector and the two bracket members. The bracket gap measurement step is carried out as respective measurement tips of two LVDTs which are positioned between the two bracket members are brought into contact with the two respective bracket members.</p> |
