<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a correction method capable of suitably correcting luminance unevenness and color unevenness according to a variety of color balance such as setting a color temperature of a display image; a display device for implementing the correction method; and a computer program which makes a computer perform the correction method. <P>SOLUTION: Luminance information based on luminance measurement value is stored when an image with a specified single intensity is displayed, and for each intensity of a color component, a correction coefficient for indicating a correction degree corresponding to the intensity is stored. For each intensity for every color component of each pixel of a displayed image, luminance information corresponding to the intensity and the pixel and a correction coefficient corresponding to the intensity are read out (S2, S3 and S5).
