PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a moving body for unmanned running suitable for investigation of a disaster area. SOLUTION: The moving body for unmanned running comprises a machine body 2 and crawlers 5 for running which cover the machine body 2. The machine body 2 internally has a central accommodation part 21 for moving body control, and a lower surface of the machine body 2 forms a slide-contact surface of crawler belts 53. Pulleys 7 are provided in the front and back of the machine body 2, the crawlers 5 for running are formed by winding the crawler belts 53 around the pulleys 7 which are provided in the front and back of the machine body 2, and the moving body for unmanned running has an electric motor 9 as a driving source.
