<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent winding deviation when a continuous sheet is wound off from a web roll. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tissue paper product has the steps of: rotating the secondary web roll formed by winding a secondary continuous sheet, to which a chemical is applied, around a tube shaft; winding off the secondary continuous sheet from the secondary web roll by the rotation; and supplying the secondary continuous sheet to a folding mechanism part of a multi-stand type inter folder; wherein rotation and acceleration from a stopping state are made difficult and stopping and deceleration from a rotating state are made easy in a tube shaft side inner peripheral surface of the secondary web roll as compared with an outer peripheral surface, and thereby winding tightness of the secondary web roll is increased upon rotation start and upon rotation acceleration of the secondary web roll and winding tightness is reduced and returned upon deceleration and upon rotation stopping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
