Then, the damage probability Pf and an allowable damage are compared, and in the case that the damage probability exceeds the allowable damage, customer request information or the temporary setting value of the member arrangement are changed and the above processing is repeatedly performed until the damage probability becomes equal to or lower than the allowable damage.
