<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial marble molding, in which no expensive mold is required, used hours of a press molding machine are short, and which can improve a productivity of an SMC molding or a BMC molding, at the same time, is shaped at low costs, and is excellent in adhesion of an artificial marble layer with the SMC molding or the BMC molding. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial marble molding is shaped at least through a step of shaping the SMC molding 11 in the mold, of giving a surface treatment to the SMC molding 11 taken out from the mold, and of arranging a cast molding mold so as to oppose providing a gap to a surface to which the surface treatment of the SMC molding 11 is given, carrying out the cast molding of a thermosetting resin composition to the gap to form the artificial marble layer by hardening, and bonding and integrating the artificial marble layer and the surface subjected to the surface treatment of the SMC molding 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
