<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable remotely changing logging programs stored in a sonde from a ground processor. SOLUTION: A changed logging program is temporarily stored in a computer 11 of a ground processor 2 connected to one end of a logging cable 4 and is transferred to a writable non-volatile memory 20 provided inside a sonde 3 connected to the other end of the logging cable by a telemetry operation. Regardless of whether the sonde is positioning on the ground surface or in a winze, the new logging program can be built in the sonde without a work of disassembling and assembling a new logging sonde.</p> |
