PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnet roll whose assembly man-hour is reduced, which is easily assembled and has such stable form that the center part is not cracked by integrally molding the shaft part made of metal or resin with two semicylindrical resin magnets and providing a coupling part which is fit and coupled with the resin magnet at the inside center part of the resin magnet. SOLUTION: The semicylindrical resin magnets 10a and 10b constituting the magnet roll are made of resin in which ferrite powder is mixed. The shaft 11a for rotating the magnet roll is integrally molded with the magnet 10a, a hole 12a is bored in the center part of the shaft 11a, and a supporting base 13a is provided at one end or both ends of the inside center part of the magnet 10b having no shaft at the end, then a projected part 14a for fitting is provided on the supporting base 13a. In the case of coupling the magnets 10a and 10b, the projected part 14a on the supporting base 13a of the magnet 10b is fit in the hole 12a of the shaft 11a at one end of the magnet 10a, so that the magnets 10a and 10b are coupled. |
