PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily revise attaching angle of a reflection mirror. SOLUTION: The reflection mirror 29 is attached to attaching parts 33 of an optical box 21 through holders 41. Optical box attaching surfaces 41a abutted on the holder attaching surfaces 33a of the attaching parts 33 are provided on the peripheries of the holders 41, and mirror put-in holes 41c having mirror attaching surfaces parallel to the optical box attaching surfaces 41a are provided in the inside of the holders 41. Screw holes screwing screws 42 for pressing the reflection mirror 29 to the mirror attaching surfaces 41b are provided on the opposite sides of the optical box attaching surfaces 41a of the holders 41. The holders that the slope angles between the optical box attaching surfaces 41a and the mirror attaching surfaces 41b are different are prepared, and the reflection mirror 29 is attached to the attaching parts 33 of the same optical box 21 at different angles. |
