Method for generating amplitude and phase values of HF pulses for spatial-selective excitation

The method involves irradiating high frequency pulses for producing an n-dimensional spatial distribution of transverse magnetization in an object using a high-frequency transmission antenna of a magnetic resonance measurement system. A preparatory measurement is conducted before executing a main experiment of magnetic resonance. A temporal change of transverse magnetization phase in an object is measured by effect of magnetic fields. Amplitude- and phase curves of high frequency pulses are computed for the main experiment based on the temporal change of transverse magnetization phase.
