<p>The present invention relates to a system, a server, and a method for providing a game ranking service which provide a game ranking in connection with the number of game users based on position information of the game users. The method is as follows: while a game ranking service providing server receives a login request, acknowledges game user information, and authenticates whether the game user is a valid game user, the game ranking service providing server acknowledges position information or virtual position information, and calculates a game ranking in connection with the number of game users based on the acknowledged position; and a plurality of game ranking service providing terminals acknowledge the position information or receive the virtual position information, transmit the position information or the virtual position information as well as the game user information to the game ranking service providing server to request a login, receive a game user authentication result from the game ranking service providing server, and receive and display the game ranking calculated by the game ranking service providing server.</p> |
