<p>The present invention relates to a thin glass cassette device for a flat panel display. The purpose of the present invention is to store, convey and clean a thin glass safely and easily without damaging and polluting the thin glass. The thin glass cassette device for a flat panel display which can store a thin glass used for manufacturing a flat panel display includes a cassette body which has an accommodating room and a plurality of slots which are formed in the inner wall surfaces of both sides of the accommodating room in multi-stages and face each other in pairs; and one or more thin glass jigs which support the thin glass and of which both ends are inserted into one pair of the slots among the slots.</p> |
