Medicament having a high ethereal oil content and in the form of a pencil comprises: (1) 5-30 wt.% of a mixture of ethereal oils and/or ethereal oil components; (2) 70-95 wt.% of a mixture comprising the carrier system and comprising (a) 0-5 wt.% hydrogenated rhizinus oil and (b) 0-10 wt.% lipophilic glycerin monostearate (40-50); (c) 10-70 wt.% triglyceride mixture of 10-18C saturated plant fatty acids having a m.pt. of 42-44 deg C; and (d) 10-80 wt.% cocoglycerides having a m.pt. of 33.5-35.5 deg C.
