<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a grille of a work vehicle and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing a grille of a work vehicle, which manufactures a grille mounted on a work vehicle, capable of forming a hole at a required position. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing a grille of a work vehicle comprises: a compressing unit which forms a grille hole by compressing a grille plate for forming a grille mounted on a work vehicle; and a support unit supporting the grille plate. The compressing unit includes: a case cover forming an exterior of an upper surface; a case which has an upper surface closed by the case cover and has a movable block, moved by a cylinder to select a position of the grille hole, therein; and a compressing plate on which a compressing block which compresses the grille plate from the lower side of the movable block when the compressing unit compresses the gill plate is mounted. The support unit includes: a table supporting the grille plate; a cutter plate on which a cutter is mounted to form the grille hole when the compressing unit compresses the grille plate while supporting the grille plate; a support plate supporting the cutter plate; and a support frame supporting the support plate. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing a grille of a work vehicle can selectively form a grille hole at a required position and form various shapes of grille holes.</p> |
