<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discloses a packing container that can more securely prevent tampering of an open-lid signature by causing a clear signature, and that can easily be closed again with a lid in a sealed condition even if the contained food product remains therein. <P>SOLUTION: A packing container A1 is configured so that a lid body 20 is fitted into a container body 10. The lid body 20 is provided with a lid-side tab part 28 extending outwardly from the fitting structure part, and the container body 10 is provided with a container-side tab part 17 extending outwardly from the fitting structure part. The lid-side tab part 28 and the container-side tab part 17 are integrally molded via a connecting part 30.
