摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erasure of memory about positions of respective axes in a transfer robot due to depletion of a remaining capacity of a battery of the transfer robot for a grinding apparatus. SOLUTION: A battery part 55 includes an auxiliary battery 55b used for a case where the remaining capacity of a main battery part 55a runs down, or the like. Even if the remaining capacity of the main battery part 55a runs down, memory content of a memory part 54 is maintained by power supply from the auxiliary batter part 55b, so that information about positions of axis parts 51a to 51d of the transfer robot 5 is held in the memory part 54. Further, a warning part 57 is provided which notifies an operator of the usage of the auxiliary battery part 55b when a supply source of electric power to the memory part 54 is switched from the main battery part 55a to the auxiliary battery part 55b, so that the main battery part 55a can be quickly changed when the remaining capacity of the main battery part 55a is low or runs down.
