PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting hinge capable of reducing a gap formed between the vertical frame inner surface of a door frame and the side face on a hanging origin side of a door in a closed state. SOLUTION: A frame side hinge piece 10 attached to the inner surface of the vertical frame b of the door frame A and a door side hinge piece 20 attached to the side face of the hanging origin side of the door B are supported so as to be freely opened and closed by a fulcrum shaft 30, an adjusting frame body 40 is supported so as to be freely moved in the anteroposterior direction orthogonal to the fulcrum shaft 30 by the door side hinge piece 20, and anteroposterior position adjusting means 60 for adjusting the position of the adjusting frame body 40 in the anteroposterior direction is provided. A recessed stage part 50 is provided on a surface of a surface cover 43 of the adjusting frame body 40, the frame side hinge piece 10 is housed inside the recessed stage part 50 in the closed state of the door side hinge piece 20, and the gap formed between the inner surface of the vertical frame b of the door frame A and the side face on the hanging origin side of the door B in the closed state is narrowed.
