<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electronic equipment which can detect the state of the power source of extension equipment and perform accurate power source control. SOLUTION: A microcontroller 108 is provided in a main body 1 and a microcontroller 116 is provided in the extension equipment 2. The microcontroller 116 detects the state (power source presence/absence, kind, use state, etc.) of the power source of the extension equipment 2 and sends it to the microcomputer 108 of the main body to accurately perform power source control over the electronic equipment when the main body 1 and extension equipment 2 are docked together.</p> |
