PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the necessary time correction frequency by keeping the error of a built-in clock in an allowance range that is previously decided and calculating a correction time interval for every built-in clock to attain the self-correction of time. SOLUTION: When the time shown by a built-in clock 12 is coincident with the next correction time that is stored in a next correction time storage means 6, a time monitoring means 7 gives a time correction request to a time setting means 11. The means 11 corrects the time equivalent to an estimated error stored in an error allowance storage means 4. A calculation means 5 adds the self-correction time interval stored in a self-correction time interval storage means 13 to the time corrected by the means 11. Then the means 5 sets this addition time to the means 6 as the next correction time. Thus, the necessary time correction frequency of the clock 12 can be automatically minimized.
|
