<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the good image formation of a photosensitive member, even if it is worked for a long time under room temperature and low humidity, or a toner of average grain size of 10μm or less is used. SOLUTION: A photosensitive member is constituted in such a way that the photosensitive layer 3 consisting of a-Si is laminated on a base plate 2 that has been cut in the circumferential direction, and the surface of this photosensitive layer 3 is constituted by a-Si C and line grooves M of a triangular shape in section are circumferentially formed on the surface of the photosensitive layer 3, and also the angle a forming the apex of the triangular shape is 140 deg. to 170 deg., and the angle b forming the bottom part d between the adjacent triangular shapes is 140 deg. to 177 deg., and further, the pitch P of the respective line grooves M is 20 to 120μm.</p> |
