<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a drawing device wherein a rotating reel cannot rotate and a wound material cannot be drawn by preventing the wound material to be drawn from being caught in a gap between the periphery of a rotating body of the rotating reel and supports of an external enclosure, preventing a fall of the wound material downward of the rotating body through the gap, and preventing the wound material from getting tangled. <P>SOLUTION: The rotating reel 1 holding the wound material R is configured freely to rotate, and is provided inside the external enclosure 2. The external enclosure 2 is formed by standing a plurality of supports 7 with an appropriate interval so that the wound material R can be drawn through a clearance between the supports 7. The support 7 is provided with a projection 12 so as to cover at least above or beneath a peripheral end part of the rotating body 3 of the rotating reel 1.
