<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a phase shift speed for enabling signal demodulation. <P>SOLUTION: An interference optical fiber sensor system comprises: a pulse light source 1 for outputting pulse light; an interferometry 5 that includes a sensing fiber 11a for detecting a physical amount and a delay compensation fiber 30a having the same propagation delay time (τd) as the sensing fiber 11a, and causes interference of the pulse light from the pulse light source 1; and a detection part for detecting a signalϕcorresponding to the physical amount by sampling interference light from the interferometry 5. The pulse light source 1 outputs the pulse light at a cycle shorter than the propagation delay time (τd) corresponding to time from input of the pulse light to the sensing fiber 11a to output thereof, and the detection part samples the interference light at a cycle shorter than the propagation delay time (τd) of the sensing fiber 11a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
