Disclosed are a fastening device for a lighting device and a lighting device including the same. The fastening device for the lighting device according to the present invention mounts the lighting device on a support structure on which an installation groove is formed on the lower side thereof in a longitudinal direction. The present invention includes: a fastening member which is installed to enter the installation groove and is engaged, moves along the installation groove, and includes a female screw part which is formed to have a penetrating hole vertically; a fastening screw which is combined with the female part of the fastening member when supporting the lighting device; and an elastic member which is formed on the upper side of the fastening member and closely attaches the fastening member downwards by pressuring when being supported on the upper side of the inner side of the installation groove.
