<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of displaying data answering a user's purpose even if an amount of data corresponding to a point to be displayed on a screen decreases, when displaying the point showing the data. <P>SOLUTION: In a data display device 30, a display part 33 displays a point showing data classified into a first category and a point showing data classified into a second category on a display 39, based on data stored in a data storage part 32. An operation acceptance part 37 accepts operation of a user who designates the displayed point.
