PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for laundry to be used for a sheet and bedding, which hangs the sheet and the bedding on a laundry pole or a fence of a veranda without folding the sheet and the bedding, does not slide the sheet and the bedding down and does not make the sheet and the bedding blown off by wind. SOLUTION: The hanger is manufactured by folding a long and thin rod 1 into a U-shape, folding both ends outside so as to be a circular form, and attaching a pressing jig 2 to a linear part. The hanger is used by hooking the hanger on the laundry pole 4 or the fence of the veranda, putting the sheet 3 or the bedding in the hanger without folding them in two, and mounting them therein by pressing and fixing them by using the pressing jig 2.
