PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can reduce troubles suffering other players and suppress lowering of the rate of operation. SOLUTION: On the condition that: a game execution determination means determining whether a game is executed or not determines that a game is currently not executed; and a position information detection means (touch panel) detecting a position in a predetermined area on which an article is placed and held detects that an article is placed and held on a specific area in the predetermined area, a notice means including an image output device etc. notices that a right to use the game machine is secured (seat occupation or meal rest).
