Disclosed is a high-pressure and curing apparatus capable of preventing a crack in a sample. The high-pressure and curing apparatus capable of preventing the crack in the sample includes an injection part; a reaction part and a pressure adjusting part. The injection part includes a fluid supply tank for supplying a fluid; a valve installed in a first pipe extended from the fluid supply tank; a three way valve installed at a rear end of the valve; and a second pipe for moving the fluid from the three way valve to the pressure adjusting part. The reaction part includes an injection valve; an injection pipe; a high-pressure reactor having a cover and accommodating a sample therein; a discharge valve installed to be engaged with the rear end of the discharge pipe; and a third pipe in which the fluid discharged from the discharge valve flows, wherein the injection valve is extended from the three way valve and engages with the injection pipe among the pipes connected to the injection pipe. The pressure adjusting part includes a pressure meter for measuring a pressure of the fluid discharged from the reaction part; a back pressure regulator (BPR) for controlling a discharge pressure of the fluid; and a fourth pipe in which the fluid discharged from the reaction part flows. The three way valve, when the pressure of the fluid is increased and reduced, closes the injection valve and the discharge valve, and then, maintains the same pressure within the first pipe, the second pipe and the third pipe.
