The present invention relates to a technique for safely transferring a fabric to a tenter by preventing a fabric fixed by a fixing pin part from being separated while the fabric is transferred, wherein the fabric is press-fitted by a clip part formed at a hinge part. The present invention is characterized by including: a frame disposed on a body of a bracket part; an auxiliary frame disposed in the frame; a hinge part including a fixing pin part having a plate shape and coming in contact with the frame and the auxiliary frame, wherein the hinge part having a body is coupled between coupling parts disposed on both sides of the auxiliary frame so that a rotation shaft is disposed. The hinge part comprises a clip part connected to support parts branched from the body on a portion that is in contact with the fixing pin part; an operation piece facing the clip part to press-fit the clip part to the fixing pin part with respect to the rotation shaft or to release the clip part from the fixing pin part; and a hinge spring in which a first coupling tool is coupled to the body of the hinge part, and a second coupling tool is connected to an auxiliary spring so that the clip part press-fits the fixing pin part by generating an elastic force due to an operation of the operation piece and which is coupled to the body of the bracket part through the auxiliary spring. |
