The present invention relates to a display device which includes: a display panel which displays an image; a rear chassis which accommodates the display panel, protects the rear of the display panel, and includes a first protrusive region which protrudes to the rear side and a second protrusive region which is located on the inner side of the first protrusive region and additionally protrudes to the rear side; and a sound element which is located at the entrance of the second protrusive region in the first protrusive region. The sound element includes a pair of electrodes and a vibration material layer which is located between the electrodes.
