PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially producing an epoxytriazole derivative important for the production of a medicine, etc., in a high purity, high yield and efficiently. SOLUTION: This method for producing the high purity epoxytriazole derivative is provided by allowing a halogenated hydroacid or carboxylic acid at≤2 pKa to act on an epoxytriazole derivative in an organic solvent and crystallizing as a salt of the epoxytriazole derivative with the acid. Thus obtained salt is treated with a base to decompose the salt, and then crystallized under a solvent such as an alcohol etc. to manufacture the high purity epoxytriazole derivative.
