<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a conveyance plan for properly conveying raw materials or intermediate products of a plurality of types by a vehicle, a conveyor, and the like between a pre-process and post-process. <P>SOLUTION: As shown in (a), there are periodic changes in production in a post-process. In order to satisfy (a), a conveyance plan (b) for the previous day is required in a conveyance facility. Furthermore, a conveyance plan (c) for two days before is required in a pre-process. However, there is a limit of capability (TH) in the conveyance facility. If the pre-process has an available capacity, intermediate products (a) and b to be conveyed on the seventh and eighth days having insufficient capacity are conveyed on the fifth and sixth days having an available capacity by moving them forward as shown in (d). Even the conveyance facility having insufficient capacity can properly convey the products while preventing a bottleneck in the production. The intermediate product (a) to be used earlier is conveyed later (on the sixth day), so that the intermediate product required for the post-process is conveyed in a last-in first-out manner, and no layout change is required and workability is enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
