The element (1) has a stretched element body (2) forming the functional holes (3). Thickness and length of the element body is in specific range. The element body comprises an equilateral eight-corner cross-section. The functional holes are formed at a specific distance and perpendicular to a longitudinal axis towards side surfaces of the element body. A part of the functional holes is radially displaced around the longitudinal axis of the element body by forming an angle of 45 degrees.
