<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To profitably remove impurities from a waste plastic, by jointly using rotational washing with a washing drum, vibration washing on a sieve and contact washing in which articles to be washed are brought into contact with each other, and combining water spraying rinsing process. SOLUTION: Washing water 10 is sprayed on the article 2 to be washed charged from a discharge path 14 in a washing drum 15 through a discharge pipe 18 upward and to left and right sides. The washing drum 15 is rotated with a motor 17 to perform washing. Next, the article to be washed is dropped on the sieve 26 vibrating with a motor 27 and the vibration washing with vibration is performed and also the impurities are separated based on difference of densities. The article 2 to be washed after the vibration washing is conveyed to a spiral screw 32 and the contact washing is performed. Subsequently it is conveyed to a washing mechanism 9 and washed with water spray from a water spray nozzle 38. Thus, the impurities are profitably removed.</p> |
