<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a countermeasure for a tactile temp. keeping follow-up property/processing productivity to designedness and various shapes by providing a coating film having a layer for decreasing the tactile temp. on the surface of a metallic member. SOLUTION: A metallic box unit 1 becoming a box unit surface part heated to a high temp. by a heat generating element 3 mounted just under the surface and made of, for example, magnesium or a magnesium alloy is previously treated with a resin coating material 7 to form a base. As the resin coating material for the base, a vinyl chloride resin or the like is used. When the coating thickness is >=100μm, the coating is effective. Different coating materials (e.g. a coating material 6 and the resin coating material 7) are laminated further thereon into a multilayered structure. As the result, the thickness of the surface treating layers are increased and a tactile temp. characteristic is improved.</p> |
