Disclosed are a digital printing adhesive textile sheet using a water-based adhesive, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the digital printing adhesive textile sheet using the water-based adhesive comprises: a base layer which is made of a synthetic fiber, a union cloth, or a natural fiber; a water-based coating layer which is formed on one side of the base layer to enable the digital printing; and a water-based adhesive layer which is formed to enable the re-peel adhesion to the other surface of the base layer.
