<p>The present invention is to improve tentative adhesiveness and handling performance without influencing a contact property of an adhesive film. The present invention relates to a method for depositing an adhesive film, which deposits an adhesive film (1) having a release film (3) and an adhesive layer (2) supported on one side of the release film to a subject (11). The method for depositing an adhesive film includes a process of arranging an adhesive layer (2) of an adhesive film (1) on a subject (11) placed on a stage (12), pressurizing from a release film (3) side with a pressurizing tool (13), and releasing the release film (3) from the adhesive layer (2) to deposit the adhesive layer (2) to the subject (11), wherein the adhesive film (1) has the release film (3) side of the adhesive layer (2) relatively cooler than the subject (11) side.</p> |
