In the present invention, provided are an apparatus and a method for processing blood by using microbeads. The apparatus in the present invention removes blood cells included in whole blood while removing amounts of albumen included plasma and comprises a filter part in which microbeads are put and are used for removing blood cells and albemen in an injected blood sample; and a plasma storage part for storing the plasma without the blood cells and the albumen wherein the blood cells and the albumin are removed from the filter part.
