<p>The present invention relates to a seal device for a water pump bearing that can adjust the position of the bearing to reduce an eccentric load caused by a belt. The seal device includes an inner seal member and an outer seal member. The inner seal member includes an inner reinforcing frame fitted to an outer race of the bearing to face an inner race of the bearing, and an inner seal lip enclosing the inner reinforcing frame to seal a gap between the inner and outer races. The outer seal member includes an outer reinforcing frame having a flange to be inserted in the inner seal lip along the inner race so that the inner race is inserted therein, and formed toward the outer race to enclose the inner seal lip, and an outer seal lip enclosing the outer reinforcing frame to seal the gap between the inner and outer races. The flange of the outer seal member is formed in the bearing, thereby securing the space through which the bearing moves. It is possible to prevent the ball of the bearing from being loaded by excessive eccentric load of a belt, so that the bearing can move to extend the lifespan of the bearing.</p> |
