<p>A display substrate includes a base substrate, a gate wire which is formed on the base substrate, a source wire which defines a pixel region by intersecting the gate wire, a gate pad part which is formed on one end of the gate wire and includes a corrosion-resistant member, and a source pad part which is formed on one end of the source wire and includes a corrosion-resistant member. The display substrate obtains improved reliability by preventing the corrosion of the pad part by including the pad part which includes the corrosion-resistant member. Also, the corrosion-resistant member is selectively formed on the pad part by using a thin film deposition, thereby, manufacturing costs are reduced.</p> |
