摘要 The device has a radiation source (20) that emits optical radiation to a code carrier (10) with optically detectable position code. The maximum heights (h1,h2) of radiation source and sensing element are respectively greater than projection heights (h1',h2') of radiation source and sensing element. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing photoelectric position measuring device.
