<p>Left and right front wheels (10fL, 10fR) are steered by rotation of steering shafts (6fL, 6fR), and a steering force from a steering wheel (1) is inputted into the steering shaft (6fL, 6fR). Mutually adjacent ends of the shafts (6fL, 6fR) are respectively coupled to a ring gear and a sun gear of a planetary gear set (5f), a steering angle adjustment motor is drivably coupled to a carrier of the planetary gear set (5f), and the rotation ratio between the shafts (6fL, 6fR) is made changeable. Left and right rear wheels (10rL, 10rR) are steered by rotation of steering shafts (6rL, 6rR), and a steering force from a, steering motor (3r) is inputted into the shaft (6rR). Mutually adjacent ends of the shafts (6rL, 6rR) are respectively coupled to a ring gear and a sun gear of a planetary gear set (5r), a steering angle adjustment motor is drivably coupled to a carrier of the planetary gear set (5r), and the rotation ratio between the shafts (6rL, 6rR) is made changeable. The front and rear steering angle adjustment motors make it possible to set the center of vehicle turn to an arbitrary position while satisfying the Ackermann-Jeantaud relationship.</p> |
