A communication method comprising the following operations: taking a shot, by a mobile terminal (2), in the environment of the terminal (2); analyzing the shot to detect the presence therein of an object; when an object has been identified by its image, identifying at least one place associated with said object; taking into account the location of the terminal; selecting a place associated with the object based on said location; displaying on the terminal at least one place and piece of information associated with the object.
