<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has housings (38, 40) and an operating chamber (66) that is in communication with a fluid system i.e. fuel system, of an internal combustion engine. A gas volume (58) sealable-closed by membranes (54a, 54b) are provided within the operating chamber, where the device is integrated in housing of a fuel pump. The gas volume is limited by the membranes that are arranged parallel to each other, where edges of the membranes are connected with each other.
