<p>A vehicle wheel chock 10 comprises at least one wedge 12 for blocking a wheel (14, fig 1) of the vehicle so as to prevent at least rotational movements of the wheel (14, fig 1), wherein the wheel chock 10 comprises at least one latch 16 which is movably mounted on the wedge 12 and movable, preferably pivotable about axis 18, in relation to the wedge between at least one locking position (L) in which the latch 16 is capable of being positively connected to a corresponding locking element 22 of the vehicle so as to fix the wheel chock 10 to the locking element 22, preferably for storage, and at least one unlocking position (U) in which the latch 16 is capable of being released from the locking element 22, for use blocking a wheel. A handle 32 may also be provided. The latch 12 may be biased by a spring (36, fig 7).</p> |
