An absorptive article (1) is provided with: a first region (A1) which includes the center of a region in contact with an excretory opening; second regions (A2) which are disposed on both sides of the first region in the width direction; and third regions (A3) which are each disposed on a side of each of the second regions in the width direction. A compressed section (70) formed by compressing an absorption body (30) in the thickness direction is formed in the first region (A1). The compressed section (70) and a linear compressed section (80) which is formed by compressing a surface sheet and the absorption body in the thickness direction are formed in the second regions (A2). The density of the absorption body (30) in the third regions (A3) is lower than the density of the absorption body (30) in the first region (A1) and is lower than the density of the absorption body (30) in the second regions (A2). |
