PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a cup-shaped vessel capable of certainly preventing a semi-fluid food such as yoghurt or the like from spouting or scattering when a lid is opened.SOLUTION: In the cup-shaped vessel including a vessel body (2) of bottomed cylindrical form having a flange (4) integrally formed at the upper end of a circumferential wall (3) and a lid body having a tab and attached to the flange (4) to seal up the vessel body (2), the flange (4) is provided with: an upper step area (4A) which is provided radially outward and to which the lid body is attached; a lower step area (4B) circumferentially formed so as to have a level difference between the circumferential wall (3) and the upper step area (4A); and a plurality of partition walls (6) which is formed in the lower step area (4B) and to which the lid body is attached. A plurality of the partition walls (6) are circumferentially mounted in a concentrically multilayered shape with a clearance (8), and are formed so as to have a plurality of defective portions (7). The defective portion (7) mounted on the outward one of partition walls (6) and the defective portion (7) mounted on the inward one of partition walls (6) are formed so as to be shifted in position each other in a circumferential direction, both partition walls adjoining each other in the radial direction. |
