Disclosed in the present invention are a middle block for guiding a wire rope and an offshore crane with the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the offshore crane comprises: a crane main body; a fixated frame which is fixated to one side of the crane main body; a boom which is supported by the crane main body through a pivot at a position separated from the fixated frame; multiple wire ropes which are connected with the fixated frame and the boom; and a middle block for guiding a wire rope, which is placed in an area where the multiple wire ropes are separated, in order to guide the multiple wire ropes.
