A method for manufacturing a carabiner is provided to manufacture a carabiner for a seat belt used to prevent a fall accident of a worker in a construction site using a metal plate in a minimum process at a low cost. The method for manufacturing a carabiner of the present invention includes: a process of cutting a body of a carabiner in a pressing manner and a rocking groove in a required shape with a metal plate; a process of chamfering the cut body through a forging process; a process of forming a shaft hole on the chamfered body to fixate a clamp in a drilling process; and a process of assembling the clamp in the shaft hole formed on the body using a shaft pin. The method for manufacturing a carabiner of the present invention allows a carabiner to be manufactured by forming a body using a metal plate through a pressing process, chamfering and drilling the body, and assembling a clamp, thereby providing multiple advantages of easily supplying a material, contributing to lightless and productivity of a product, and supplying a product at low costs. |
