In the present invention, provided are a positive type photosensitive resin composition, which includes (A) a polybenzoxazole precursor with functional groups denoted by chemical formula 1 on at least one terminal: (B) a photosensitive diazoquinone compound; (C) and a solvent and a photosensitive resin layer and a display device using the same. In chemical formula 1, each substituent is described as defined in the specification. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a display device including the photosensitive resin layer.
