A matrix used for mass analysis with laser, a method for manufacturing the matrix, and a method for analyzing mass of compound using the matrix are provided. According to the present invention, a nanoweb matrix for mass analysis using laser comprises: a target plate; a nanofiber formed on one surface of the target plate; and a nanoparticle formed on one surface of the target plate on which the nanofiber is formed.
